Currently looking for an Office Clerk I to fill an opening with a company located in Charlotte, NC. Interested candidates must be efficient in general office duties including reception, data entry, Multi-line phone system, 10-key by touch, inventory and quality control.
 
Responsibilities of the Office Clerk I:
* Weekly Attendance Consolidation.
* Joining formalities for new joiners.
* Offer letters generation.
* Confirmation & extension letter generation.
* Handling queries related with Leave balance.
* Generation of relieving letters after validating the relevant NOCs.
* Responsible for Full and Final Settlement process.
* Associate personal files management.
* EPF & ESI cards disbursements to associates. Every Share updating.
* Process Paperwork in an efficient manner according to set procedures. 
* Attending telephonic calls and maintenance of files in accordance with predetermined standards. 
 
Requirements of the Office Clerk I:
* Efficient in general office duties including reception, data entry, Multi-line phone system, 10-key by touch, inventory, quality control
* Supported payroll department and assist in company payroll
* Knowledgeable of office equipment including; copier, fax, printer and postage meter
* Maintained office equipment and order supplies
* Competent using software including: Windows, Word, Excel, E-mail, Spread sheet and the Internet, Quick book, Quest.
