  • Experience recruiting and selecting the right talent to be successful in a specific role or challenge.
  • Desire to lead the development of individuals, leaders and teams. Identify and create tools to improve areas for development.
  • Track record of integrity and ethical practices as well as the ability to establish this expectation within the organization
  • High achievement motivation and active learning style to gain the knowledge and insight required for compliance with state and federal labor laws
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training and organizational learning that reinforces need to change and development of required skills
  • 5+ years’ experience in HR or team leader role preferably in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestically
