Marketing Territory Manager

Currently looking for a Marketing Territory Manager to fill an opening with a company located in San Francisco, CA. Interested candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in and have  4-6 years of relevant experience. This stellar Territory Manager will drive bottom line growth, by bringing challenging ideas and passionately executing them.
 
Responsibilities of the Marketing Territory Manager:
• Own and pitch your campaign proposals, including budgets, target results and monitoring systems
• Manage the overall business to Developed World region (North America, Europe and Australia), leading innovation, reporting up-to-date business insights, delivering results  and meeting or exceed
budget expectations
• Responsibility for company programs for the business with destinations to developed world 
• Get to know our active consumers and develop/execute new customer activation plans and retention tactics, within budget
• Lead marketing communications to the target audience, reporting on business findings, insights and provide business recommendations
• Lead the detailed media planning budget and execution, working closely with our media and creative agencies
• Oversee the execution of campaigns from start to finish
• Work closely with other company Territory Managers in San Francisco,  Europe, as well as with company Global Shared Resource teams based in San Jose and New York   
• Earn the confidence of leadership by demonstrating success in the plans you deploy and articulation of your analysis and forecasting

Requirements of the Marketing Territory Manager:
•  Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
•  4-6 years of relevant experience
•  Strong understanding of multicultural media and consumers with relevant marketing experience to immigrant communities
• Passion to drive business forward with intellectual curiosity, strong problem solving skills and critical thinking
• Demonstrate delivering a forecast within budget
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
• Able to back up recommendations using data
• High standards of excellence and attention to detail
